The Lowestoft 5 Mile Promenade Dash
Lowestoft Promenade at 10:30 AMThis nippy 5 mile dash along the Promenade is growing every year and 2019 sees the rerturn for its eighth time.
The race will start on the promenade adjacent to the East Point Pavilion and cover an out and back route along Lowestoft Promenade using both the lower and upper sections. The route has been accurately measured and carries a certificate of course accuracy.
The course will be suitable for those looking for a speedy 5 mile and/or chasing a pb – but suitable too for those new to running or looking to complete a first time race.
There is also the Children's Scurry.
