Heritage Open Days - The Lowestoft Scores Walking Tours
Lowestoft at 10:30 AMAs part of Heritage Open Days 2019 - Local historian and author Ivan Bunn will be the guide for a two-hour walk and talk around the Lowestoft Scores.
Starting from the Flint House situated next to Wilde's Score, the tour will be a journey of the Scores walking to The Ravine (Score) and down to Whapload Road exploring the history of the scores and some of the hidden stories of their past. Along the route, Ivan will refer to other interesting parts of the High Street along the way.
This has been arranged to be part of the Lowestoft Scores Exhibition at Flint House, organised by the Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust and funded by Making Waves Together.
